So...back in Canaan the future looked rough -clap, clap, clap- Just kidding.
...Ah the joys of being involved in a musical. Especially when you have the original soundtrack to listen and dance to. That's why I've been lagging on much of anything lately. I'm the costume manager for our school's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. If you've never seen the movie with Donnie Osmond, or whatever his name is, you should watch it. It's really cheesy and all, but very funny, as is our version of it. Anyways, tonight is opening night! It's going to be the first of four shows we're putting on over the span of this weekend. It's been kind of hard to get a lot other than homework and sleep done when I've had to stay till 8 every day after school, but I've been drawing a lot more. By drawing I mean doodling, but still getting somewhere. Not anything spectacular either, just a bunch of sideviews. But I've been improving on them. -shrug-
I'm really also beginning to dislike journalism. I don't know, it's just...not for me. It doesn't help that I have no clue what I'm doing or supposed to be doing because no one cares to explain anything. mmh.
Mentally, next week is almost like summer break. I am planning on doing tech or cast of the spring play, but until then I will actually have time to do things, such as make hats and finish my coat!
Well, I have to go eat now and get ready for tonight.
